Terms Of Business

Once estimate has been agreed our terms of business are very straight forward. In most cases we would never take any payment in advance of commencing work. There may be some exceptions to this for example if specialist services or materials are required at the preliminary stages of a project. For smaller domestic jobs payment will fall due once works have been completed at which stage we will issue an invoice.

For larger jobs and contracts we will issue regular invoices at intervals agreed on an individual basis.

All new roof works carry a company guarantee and if required an insurance backed guarantee can be provided.

All our work is carried out to the highest standard.

Health & Safety paperwork, risk assessments, method statements and insurance paperwork can all be provided upon request.
